Pros: Small startup without product-market fit, cosplaying a big company. This means good compensation and benefits.
Cons: Ripple has fewer than 1,000 employees, but the slow processes and bureaucracy make it feel a lot bigger. Hiring many FAANG employees with no experience in the startup world yielded activity without much benefit.
