Small startup without product-market fit, cosplaying a big company. This means good compensation and benefits.
Ripple has fewer than 1,000 employees, but the slow processes and bureaucracy make it feel a lot bigger. Hiring many FAANG employees with no experience in the startup world yielded activity without much benefit.
Hopefully, Ripple can use its cash reserves towards building something profitable.

I chatted with HR and the CTO to determine if I was a good match and if they were what I was looking for. I then received a coding challenge that included using their API. The last stage was shadowing someone on site for a day.
