The company is filled with really smart people. Especially over the past couple of years, we've hired some amazing leaders and senior engineers.
Things are fast-paced, and there's a constant sense of achieving something new and growing every few months.
The company has had rocketship growth over the past few years, and expectedly, there are some growing pains. Primarily, there's a lack of structure in certain areas. This is something that the company has consistently been improving on.
