Process
The interview process for this role, and other roles at Rivian from my understanding, was quite nontraditional. There was no behavioral interview with a recruiter. Instead, I had one 45-minute interview with the mentor for the position (not the manager), which was mostly behavioral.
Apparently, Rivian is hiring a lot of people at the moment, and their interview process is quite quick and informal for many positions.
