Very bad interview experience.
I went onsite for six hours straight of interviews. The recruiter was disorganized; I had to wander around the office myself to try to get to the right room for interviews. Some of the interviews were through video conference with people at other locations. The video and audio quality were really bad, making it impossible to communicate. Neither party understood what the other was trying to say.
Few of the interviewers, who were obviously not technical (Director, etc.), tried to ask technical questions and did a poor job explaining them. Except for some interviewers I met in person who were actually somewhat professional, the rest made the experience complete torture and a communication disaster.
After taking a day off and spending hours onsite for interviews, the recruiter did not bother to reply to my numerous follow-up emails and phone calls in the following weeks for a status update. This is one of the most unprofessional recruiters I've encountered. I would not waste time with this company.
