I applied to a role on their website. A recruiter reached out to me independently the next day via LinkedIn and told me she wasn't necessarily looking at applicants but was searching LinkedIn, so I'd recommend finding their recruiters on LinkedIn.

Each recruiter may be different, so your mileage may vary.

The initial screening was the next day, followed by a one-on-one interview a week or two later. Two weeks after that, I had a panel interview (four to five one-on-one interviews). Then, two weeks later, I had a final one-on-one with the director.

I wouldn't have minded a bit more communication on timing from the recruiters. I did sometimes feel like I was being left in the dark, but I'm sure they are talking to tons of people.

When the offer was being prepared, the recruiter called and gave me a salary range, asking where I felt I should be within the range, which I really appreciated.
