A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. Most of the recruiters at Rivian themselves seem new to automotive or engineering recruiting. It looks like they are clueless about what the engineering jobs entail, and that reflects in the questions they ask during the interview. There was complete radio silence after the interview, even after I sent an email requesting an update.

This has been my experience in all Rivian interviews. They are late to call and never provide an update on the status.
