Process

The interview process included:

  • Phone interview with HR
  • Short technical interview
  • Panel technical interview

The biggest negative for me was being notified that I was being interviewed for a different position on the manufacturing team once I had begun the panel interview. They stated they were looking more generally, so I shouldn't worry, but it definitely threw me off.

Questions

Asked how you would approach problems you would face in the role.

Asked very in-depth questions about projects you have accomplished, so be very prepared with the technical foundation of your projects.
