Multiple-step process.
First interview was a typical HR interview, and the second was a technical interview with an engineering manager. The technical interview covered past experiences listed on my resume. The technical interview felt unfair, as the interviewer kept asking questions about a different aspect of my previous project in which I was not involved. I did not move onto the next stage of the interview.
