The interview process was quick, and the interview was not difficult at all. However, the problem is that the team themselves don't really know what they are looking for.
The recruiter and other team members were very good, but the manager seemed rude.
I know best-of-the-best candidates were rejected just because they did not match with the Rivian culture. To add to that, they will not reply whether you were accepted or rejected without you sending them a follow-up email.
