Pros: Fast-paced, non-traditional OEM environment, if you like that kind of thing. You're surrounded by motivated and (mostly) smart people. Unlimited vacation days.
Cons: Lots of layoffs. You never know when you're next. Rivian also used to pay a premium for talent, but other companies have become more competitive. Work-life balance can be non-existent, but it depends on your role.
