Pros

Healthy snacks in the office and adventurous co-workers.

Cons

Retaliation (People got fired for reporting incidents to HR, such as sexual harassment or discrimination). Pay is not enough for anything. Pure chaos, things changing a lot. Bonus got cut by 20% with no explanation. Stocks (which is part of your compensation) plunged, so we lost 75% of our stock compensation. Obviously, the company is in big financial trouble. It all makes sense when you work there and see the terrible decisions made by leadership. Unless you are willing to risk your career, I think the company needs decades of work if it survives bankruptcy.
