Pros

Big vision, open-minded, treats employees well, and transparent with communication. This company is going places.

Benefits are good, with some employee perks and an average 401k match. Unlimited paid time off, but must be reasonable.

They have dealt with COVID remarkably well.

Cons

Job details are not fully defined as the company is growing. Everything has to be done from scratch, with growing pains. If you rely on others to get work done or processes to be in place, this is not the place for you. Remember, this is a startup and there is no shortage of work. If you want work-life balance, 40-hour weeks, and to be given assignments on a regular basis, look elsewhere. If you like building something from the ground up, are hands-on, and believe in the company's values, it's worth applying.

Advice to Management

Put people first. I don't understand the California move happening at the same time as COVID and three vehicle programs going on. It will be a big pain.
