The team. The fun work environment. The creative, collaborative culture. The fact that your voice is heard and your input actually makes its way into the design/program.
Because we are a start-up, it has been thrilling to watch the company grow from where we were 5 years ago to where we are today, and it excites me to think where we will be in 5 more years.
Because we are a small team, each person is held responsible for a large amount of their subsystem. This can be overwhelming if you are used to having a small role in a large company.
As we grow and hire more people, please make sure to maintain the culture we have now. Hiring a person with the right attitude and mindset is more important than hiring a subject matter expert that doesn't work well with the team.
Longest interview process I have ever seen: * Telephonic interview with the Director (who approached me) and Manager, which lasted around 45 minutes, with technical and behavioral questions. * Onsite HR orientation at Lovonia, which lasted aroun
I had an initial phone interview with two managers. I was offered a second interview at the facility, but I had another offer on the table, so they made an offer before the second interview.
1. Phone interview with a member of recruiting. 2. First meeting with a Manager/Team Lead (Informational Breakfast/Lunch). 3. Power Day (8 hours long): * Company overview * Multiple group discussions * Lunch with 3 current employees
