Not worth it
High pay for no experience. Lots of OT means big checks.
- 80-hour weeks
- Management lies and breaks promises constantly
- Work on holidays, including Christmas and New Year's Eve
- Promotions are almost entirely based on favoritism and how much of a yes man you're willing to be, rather than qualification
- Management sets unrealistic targets and blames floor workers when they are not met
You can't draw blood from a stone, and humans are not machines.
