The process was smooth and painless through a corporate recruiter who reached out to me early on in my search process. The hiring team asked all the right questions and coached me on what I needed to prepare for during the panel presentation.

Average interview. All of them were resume-based questions. They expected answers regarding why I want to work for Rivian, an automotive company. I was also asked about my willingness to travel frequently and relocate.

Medium to difficult. Focused on prior work experience and situational questions on manufacturing. The interview has three stages: * Recruiter * Hiring manager * Panel interview (5-6 hrs)
