The process started with a call from a recruiter asking about my resume. Two weeks later, I was invited to a panel interview with multiple engineering leads. The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions with some technical questions.

Feedback took longer than the application process. The manager was super friendly and looked forward to providing feedback. They also want your opinion on your thoughts regarding projects. This is for sure a company where I can see myself working.

Standard mechanical engineering interview questions were asked over a Zoom call. At the end, there was a short, open-ended technical question. The overall process was similar to many others I have experienced.
