Motivated teammates, an exciting product with a good mission, and the opportunity to get a lot of responsibility early on.
Difficult work-life balance, company org gets restructured often.
The process started with a call from a recruiter asking about my resume. Two weeks later, I was invited to a panel interview with multiple engineering leads. The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions with some technical questions.
A fairly quick, 3-round process. Recruiting was very helpful and polite. A mix of technical and behavioral questions were asked. I left feeling like I had a good idea of what the job would be like, as it is a rotational program for new grads.
Initial call with recruiter, follow-up call with hiring manager, then final rounds of panel interviews. If you have other pending opportunities, I'd recommend pursuing them and not waiting to hear back from them. Given they have a lot of applicants
