Toxic culture. "Unlimited vacation" is a joke. I was not allowed to take a week off and had to work from home, but other coworkers could take weeks. I was degraded by a young manager but only when it was the two of us in a room. The team expected me to work 12+ hour days regularly and did not treat people fairly. Do not recommend working in the factory.
