Manufacturing Engineering
A 6-hour interview with different engineers. It was very difficult at first but became easy once you got into the rhythm. Focus primarily on skills and the quality of people. There were few technical questions.
Machine Learning/Computer Vision Engineer
Smooth conducted three total rounds. The first was screening. The second was with a Staff Engineer, and the third was with a Senior Engineer. Unfortunately, their requirement was GUI development, which did not align with the requirements.
Quality Engineer
Applied online and got through the interview process, one after another. The stages were: * Recruiter for screening * Hiring Manager * Panel round * HR and recruiter to close The process is slow; be patient and wait for the next steps.
