It’s the kind of place where you need to be very careful what you say if you have any criticisms or problems. Dissent is not tolerated. You either are 110% committed or nothing. Other than that, it’s pretty standard. The office move to Palo Alto shows that there is little concern for who’s currently here – all in the quest for better tech talent.
