Honestly, people need to calm down
Yes, RJ is a nice guy. Many of my coworkers are nice, normal people.
It’s the kind of place where you need to be very careful what you say if you have any criticisms or problems. Dissent is not tolerated. You either are 110% committed or nothing. Other than that, it’s pretty standard. The office move to Palo Alto shows that there is little concern for who’s currently here – all in the quest for better tech talent.
I came from Tesla for a culture refresh.
I’m thinking given the pay versus culture, I probably should have stayed at Tesla. Maybe they will take me back.
