Good WLB. Culture of people was actually nice.
Terrible coding standards - fake code/tests to meet threshold.
Terrible management - no direction, no communication.
Bad time management - so many demo days that are unnecessary.
Rotten leadership.

I went through the full process: a tech screening and an interview-o-rama. The final step was an interview with the hiring manager. He did not show for the scheduled interview. Later, I received a message from him instructing me to contact him ASAP,
