I was ghosted from this company after an on-site interview. I tried to follow up with the hiring manager a few times, but never heard back from him. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

It took over two weeks. Recruiter, hiring manager, onsite. The onsite was a seven-hour interview. It involved a technical presentation. The panel is usually four to six people. It was excruciatingly long (nine to five).

Multiple sessions were held throughout the day. This started with a company values overview with HR, followed by my introduction presentation, a domain knowledge interview, a software evaluation, and a team lunch in between.
