A recruiter reached out to me, expressing interest in my background and how it fit multiple roles at the company. They ghosted me after that call. I received multiple offers afterward, including from Amazon and Microsoft.

This is the third time they are making interview appointments, and nobody shows up! This is a disgrace! Make sure you know who you are spending your time interviewing. I'm not sure if this is intentional, and they are just trying to keep themselves

I had a HM call but decided not to continue with the process. You can tell a lot about a company's values just by talking to them. It seems like the culture is not great.
