Panel interview with a standard set of questions. This looks for traits and how comfortable you are with problem-solving. The team was focused on whether you are able to handle a complex situation.

Long interview process: * Phone screen (passed) * 1-on-1 interview with hiring manager (passed) * Four more 1-on-1 interviews with different Rivian leaders (did not pass) The process took several days and was conducted entirely over Zoom.
