Complete clickbait. They tell you one thing during the lengthy interview process, then when you get here, tell you things like how you’ll work 10-hour shifts and 8-hour Saturdays. Oh, and don’t forget the quarterly travel they leave out.
Everyone is out for themselves. The supervisor is disconnected from the team and too busy to listen to concerns.
Be honest with new hires and understand they have a life outside of a failing EV company.
