Initial call with recruiter, follow-up call with hiring manager, then final rounds of panel interviews. If you have other pending opportunities, I'd recommend pursuing them and not waiting to hear back from them. Given they have a lot of applicants

Applied on 01/27/2021 and received a HackerRank challenge on 02/08/2021. Although I aced the coding challenge, Rivian ghosted me for some reason. I sent an email asking why I did not advance to the next round, but they have not replied.
