Sr Manufacturing Engineer
I applied online and received an email from Rivian's recruiter to provide my availability on the calendar for an interview. She did not call or discuss any details. The entire process took one week from start to finish.
Software Engineer (Swe II)
The overall interview process was fairly straightforward. It did take quite a long time for the recruiter to get back to me, which I thought was odd, since he made a point to let me know he would respond either way the following Monday.

Not bad. It was only two rounds and not very technical. The recruiter was very nice and explained everything we had to do. We had to make a presentation about something we had created.
