Long interview process: * Phone screen (passed) * 1-on-1 interview with hiring manager (passed) * Four more 1-on-1 interviews with different Rivian leaders (did not pass) The process took several days and was conducted entirely over Zoom.

I applied online and received a call to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. It was a 30-minute phone interview about my work experience. There has been no response either through email or phone call since the interview finished.

I had phone interviews with both HR and engineering for this position. They were professional and polite. Each of the meetings was 30 minutes. Both were friendly and smooth.
