Recruiters are dumb. They asked their "Sr. Engineer" with a total of 4 years of experience to do the interview loop. Titles at Robinhood are bloated. During the design round, the interviewer barely knew their fundamentals and was looking for word-for-word scripted answers. It was an annoying experience.
