Process
Roles were for technical, design, SQL, and product. The Gurgaon team is in India and is newly being built as an experiment. Interviewers are in a rush and won't interact much, leaving it up to you to solve the coding questions. This experiment seems to be without a clear vision for its survival.

Fantastic place to learn and grow
Senior Software Developer • Former Employee
November 3, 2022
Pros: Some of the most talented and friendly people I've ever worked with.
Cons: Organizational sprawl leads to lots of lost time trying to find the correct people to contact about problems. It's unclear what benefit the board of directors brings to the company.

They fire on the spot. Sometimes, entire groups
Software Engineer • Former Employee
San Mateo, California, United States
July 17, 2019
Pros: Fair compensation. High hopes if you survive there.
Cons: They fire people on the spot. That is, without due process, a review, a reason, or a warning. They can use any reason to fire you.
A new manager can fire an entire group.
Technology is an old, proprietary stack that requires lots of extra maintenance hours. It is easy to make a mistake.
If you make a mistake (see above).
Please don't speak against management.
