Process
Online assessments:
- 2 45-minute technicals
- 2 30-minute behaviorals
I highly messed up the coding part of the online assessment, but I also did well on the brain teaser puzzles, so they moved me on.

Pros: Be a hero to kids everywhere.
Own a product and make a difference. Basically, every team has more problems than people. So, whatever you build will eventually become a world-class version of that "thing." And you get to make it happen.
Core values that are actually valued. They're on the company-issued mugs. People actually talk about them in meetings, in interviews, in performance reviews, and when making important decisions.
Cons: As a new employee, you can end up "swimming in the deep end" for a while. Roblox is an incredibly complex product with over 10 years of legacy decisions and systems. It's a lot to absorb.
