After HR, I got a call from the hiring manager, which was a brief discussion about my experience. Once the HM round was done, I was asked to schedule an online coding test with Karat. It was a 60-minute coding round with 2 questions. Once the coding round was done, within a couple of days, I got positive feedback. I was asked to visit them for an onsite, which comprised 2 coding rounds, one design, and meetings with the VP and CEO of the company. Not even a minute passed where I was left alone in this entire process; the feedback loop is so impressive. Within a couple of weeks, I got the offer. After experiencing the enthusiasm shown by the entire organization in treating an interview candidate, I am so pumped up and cannot wait to join them.
