Pros: - exceptional growth opportunity. Better that joining Facebook before it went public.
- very interesting engineering problems to solve. It doesn’t feel like you’ll be fixing some small button on a web site.
- better overall compensation package than at Google/Facebook/Apple.
- feels like we are just starting to grow world wide.
Cons: People coming from other companies often get higher rankings than some long-timers at the company, even though they are clearly not at the same level. It seems like long-timers will be moving on because of that.
