Pros: They motivate you to grow and move up within the company. Our CEO is truly a great human. My management listens to my needs and ideas and adopts my suggestions almost every time. My salary and benefits are great too. This went from the best job I ever had to the worst job I ever had, back to the best job I've ever had.

Cons: Deadlines are tight and expectations are high. With new processes and tools almost always in beta, it can make tasks more challenging at times. The hiring process is more stringent, and it leaves positions unfilled for a long time. They will only hire people that fit best with their vision, but they have rejected some great candidates.

Pros: They motivate you to grow and move up within the company. Our CEO is truly a great human. My management listens to my needs and ideas and adopts my suggestions almost every time. My salary and benefits are great too. This went from the best job I ever had to the worst job I ever had, back to the best job I've ever had.
