Software Developer Interview Experience - Detroit, Michigan
Process
I applied through a referral.
I got a call from a recruiter for the first part of the interview. He was a nice person, not a very intense phone interview/conversation.
They then sent me a HackerRank test, a basic coding test. They give a sample test to familiarize yourself with the test environment. And don't be fooled: the sample test is very easy, and the actual test is very hard.
I didn't pass this part of the interview process.
