I got an email for scheduling a phone interview, but they didn't call me that day. So, I called them the next day. The person was confused. I had to send them the email I received to prove it. Then, she agreed to take the interview that moment itself. After listening to the projects I did, she told me, "Your resume is impressive, but we need candidates who know .NET well," which I had nowhere mentioned in my resume.
