The first call was just to let me know that the application had been accepted and a recruiter would call me for the first round of the interview.
1st Round - Asked me aptitude questions like how I tackled a difficult situation in the past, if I had worked in a team and what problems I faced, how I overcame those problems. And many more STAR questions. Any negative feedback given to me in the past, how I handled it. What I think is my best trait, etc., etc.
2nd Round - With Technical Recruiter. He discussed the whole resume with me. No technical questions, but he asked me what kind of projects and technologies I had worked on. He was trying to judge which team would be the best match for me to continue to the final round.
3rd Round - With Team Leaders. Two leaders were on the call. One had a technical background and the other had a BA background.
Asked basic object-oriented questions and a lot of project-specific questions. Discussed my resume and asked me what my goals are. What I think is the best role for me. How comfortable I am in switching technologies.
