Very weird interview process. They call to schedule an interview and to tell you the result when you are at work. (Ever heard of email?)

A recruiter called to schedule an interview a few days after I applied online. We went through my background, qualifications, and other basic HR questions.

A couple of days later, another recruiter, who says he is a senior recruiter, called me again to schedule another recruiter interview to ask the same questions again, just like the first one.

He then sent me a 3-hour HackerRank code assessment (I had to email and remind him to send it after the phone screen), which I submitted. I got feedback that they are moving forward with other candidates.

Overall, a very tedious and strange interview process.
