I have received calls on my QA applications 3 times so far. I received my 3rd rejection today from the recruiter. I was informed that the team is looking for someone with a year more experience than me.
The position is ASSOCIATE level. They had mentioned 2-3 years of experience in the job qualification. I have over 3 years of experience as a QA. Rejecting me without even a single call from the hiring team is frustrating.
I am never going to apply to Quicken Loans, as I am not sure if the recruiting teams there are aware of their hiring requirements and their sorry state of affairs. What is the point if you are going to get rejected anyway?
