Phone interview. They call you early in the morning and start your behavioral interview straightaway. All behavioral questions are asked, and they reject you in this procedure. The questions are easy, focusing on your resume, your projects, and a few behavioral questions. No one needs preparation for such an interview, but they still reject you. I can't understand what they are looking for.
