Good company culture, local perks, and a good work-life balance.
To be honest, I didn't find any cons while I was working there!
It was a light, fun-hearted interview. The interviewers were nice. We discussed all company policies and future SOPs. They also told me about the way things work. I was also asked about my experience.
Standard interview questions from two people. Focus on technical skills. Then there was a coding challenge to fetch API data from a public API and loop through the data and log each object accordingly.
One phone interview. Most questions were normal: "Where do you see yourself in ten years?" "Tell me about some of your side projects." Etc. Received an email a week after to tell me that I didn't meet their qualifications.
