Pros: Very posh office atmosphere. Good resources and test equipment. Very helpful HR and recruiters. Very friendly office admin and IT helpdesk. Great severance package if you are lucky to be laid off!!!
Cons: Insecure managers who are not leaders.
All jobs will eventually move to low-cost centers such as the UK or India.
Multiple teams with redundant work.
More layoffs on the way as the company is at the brink of collapse.
Some ex-Amazon geeks poisoning the Roku spirit.
