Negative ExperienceNo Offer
Process
Usual. Even after solving, I didn't get the call.
It started with the usual conversation, a question was posted, I explained my thought process, coded, and was rejected.
I don't know what they expected.
Maybe I have to explain in more depth, or I am not sure they understood the thought process.

Software Development Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: - High focus on the mission of recovery for any data loss.
- Stellar Sales team and Product support teams.
- Initial GTM (go-to-market) product was great.
- Very good compensation for entry-level engineers in India, which attracts good talent.
Cons: The company needs more very good mid-level experience, 8 to 15 years, that brings in experience as well as energy.
The number of top-level ICs is good, which brings in experience, and the entry levels are very good, which brings in energy; more of a blend of both is good.
