I had a phone screen that was well coordinated, and the interviewer was helpful in guiding me through the process.

I was then called onsite for a day-long interview. I arrived in the morning and was directly escorted to the office.

The good part was the arrangement: enough cool-down time was provided before and between interviews. The HR also tried to chat informally, to get an idea about my other ongoing interviews and timelines.

Overall, the process was very smooth with sufficient food and drink breaks in between.

I was contacted by the recruiter the next day, asking for my expectations in terms of CTC.

There was a bit of a hiccup regarding which project I would be working on, and I had to go through three more discussions with folks from Palo Alto.

When it was time to offer, the signature authority had to go on urgent leave. The India head, Ashish, was kind enough to touch base with me, convince me to hold on to other offers, and keep the options open until they could secure the offer.
