Process
The interview process was well-coordinated and smooth overall.
Initially, Rubrik India HR contacted me and shared an overview of the position and the interview process. Following that, there was a discussion with the hiring manager to understand more about the role and the interview stages.
The process included a couple of coding rounds and a couple of system design rounds. I requested a few days to prepare, and HR was flexible in scheduling the interviews according to my convenience.
Interviewers were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The standard of interview questions was high compared to those from other companies I've interviewed with.
After the technical interviews, there was a behavioral interview, followed by offer discussions.

Solving problems on HackerRank and LeetCode should be useful for coding rounds.

All product managers are in the US, so expect late-night calls too. Indian managers are just average at best.
