The interview process consisted of two interviews.
The first interview was about algorithms, and the second one was about systems coding.
The process was not well-organized. In the introduction, the interviewer stated, "My name is XYZ and I have been with the company for 3 years." I perceived a lack of interest in conducting the interview.
Furthermore, I completed both interviews a few weeks ago and have not received any feedback or rejection email, even after sending a follow-up.
