You will be sent an OA automatically after applying.
I was reached out to even though I didn't pass all the test cases on the OA. They then schedule a 30-minute phone screen with you, with basic questions like "Why Rurbik?", "Tell me about yourself", and "A time where you worked in a team setting", etc.
Then, the next round is an hour-long tech interview, where they will first ask you the behavioral questions again and then present you with a coding question.
