Transactional, Lacking Empathy
- Some people are talented.
- No empathy or flexibility
- Poor HR and Manager communication
- Purely transactional with employees
I was initially hopeful about working here, but my experience turned out to be very transactional. There is little sense of loyalty or compassion. There are far better places to work than this place. Stay away from this company!
