Fast-paced, Great Culture, Free Food
- Super transparent (open board meetings, answer literally anything they can at all hands, etc.)
- Super fast-paced. As a new grad who just joined, I've been given two projects that are extremely high-visibility (working in a room with founders) and big parts of the next release.
- Great culture. I play soccer with the company twice a week and I'm in a fantasy football league. There's also basketball, hiking, and various other groups.
- Free food, catered from a changing selection of five to six restaurants for every meal (using Waiter.com).
The engineers are a bit older, many are married with kids, which is a little different after graduating from college. However, they have hired a lot of new grads recently, so this is rapidly changing.
